- MATCHED PAIR 6P1P-EB NOS Vacuum Tubes – UPGRADE FOR CHINESE 6P1 VACUUM TUBES. The 6P1P-EB vacuum tube is a vintage Soviet-made miniature 9-pin beam-tetrode that was manufactured by Svetlana. The “-EB” designation at the end of the 6P1P tube code designates a long-life (E) and high-reliability (B) version of the 6P1P tube. IMPORTANT: These tubes CAN NOT be used to replace Chinese 6N6 or Russian 6N6P and 6N1P tubes.
